The practice has helped me tremendously. I feel the blockages being removed in my neck, shoulders, and stomach area. I am no longer having big emotional releases since we began practicing together. Uma was an absolutely brilliant therapist. I have suffered with anxiety and depression over the last 6 years, and chronic constipation since I can remember. For each of these ailments I have sought professional and medical help on countless times, but seemingly their help has been to no avail since my problems continue.
